Returns / Refunds / Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange it, we will gladly accommodate that for you, or refund the full amount paid (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase.

Jéaneve are not responsible for items lost in transit so please ensure you acquire your own assurance of any returns.

If your bracelet breaks or stretches, we are happy to restring it anytime, the shipping for which will be at the customers expense.

Please email us with your enquiry or questions in you receive any incorrect, or damaged items but we endeavour to ensure your jewellery arrives in beautiful condition.

Please contact us before returning any items to us and we can assess your enquiry and provide returns details.

Custom designs cannot be returned or exchanged.
